Viewing Full Size Documents in Google Docs

To view these Tax Maps full size, click the "File" tab and "Download".  The File Download box will open up.

You can either "Open" to view it (now you'll be able to see it full-size & "zoomable").  Or you can click "Save" if you want to save it to your hard drive.
